馃挕 You can customize a response template using the tags that are available on the platform.
These are:
{Name} - Will take the name of the reviewer.
{Last Name} - Will take the reviewer's last name.
{Store} - It will take the name of the store configured on the platform.
{Email} - It will take an email configured on the platform.
When you create a response template and you want to use one of these tags, you just have to add it to the text.
Example:
Hello {name} , thank you for contacting {store} , we will contact you as soon as possible.
As a result you will get:
Hello Juan , Thank you for contacting RAY , we will contact you as soon as possible.
馃挕 You can create automatic response templates to configure in the bot that responds to reviews generated on Google, to use them as quick responses in inbox conversations and in case they are to start conversations with customers in the inbox on WhatsApp, this must be previously approved by Facebook
