How to: Activate or deactivate the NPS Satisfaction Survey for manual registration?

💡 You can send the satisfaction survey after the customer registers manually, either through the Qr or through the link. To carry out this activation, follow the steps described below:

1. Enter Settings

2. Click on Workspace > My Stores :
3. Enter section 10. Manual records and, going to the "Enable NPS" item , slide the button until it turns green, as shown below :
