First of all, it is important for you to know that in the upper right margin you will find period and store filters so that you can extract the information adapted to your needs:
Your reviews
Look at the 5 reviews you have on Google! See how much time you've saved by letting our robot 🤖 answer your reviews for you.
Last but not least, pay attention to the requests sent* 🚀 The Manual ones are the ones requested by your employees/colleagues and the Automatic ones are the ones requested by RAY either because someone registered via WIFI, made a payment through MercadoPago, because you are integrated by the API, etc. By clicking on each one you can get all the details of which customers have been surveyed and who have responded, be sure to enter to know all the information that interests you.

Here you will have a summary of how your stores have done 🏫 during the selected period. Look at the ranking by score obtained from your stores, take a look at the ones that have obtained the highest 🏆 and lowest score 🏅 but be careful! the lowest score can be a good score 😉.
In each card you will see the detail of the information we are showing you. In addition, at the bottom of each section we leave you an article with the actions you can take to improve these metrics, don't miss them!
How important it is to understand our customers in the bad experiences they have had! That's why we strongly recommend that you pay special attention to this section. Be sure to respond to dissatisfied customers 😞 and of course focus on those who were previously happy with you and have recently changed their mind 💔. It's super important to read their comments and understand what made them change their mind.
Now get happy with your good deeds by reading customers who previously had a bad experience but are now happy💕.

Reviews and average score
In this section you will see very important information: how many reviews 🧮 your stores have obtained month by month and what is the average score of those reviews.
If you are interested in filtering by a particular source of reviews you can do it by selecting, for example, only Google reviews.
By clicking on the bars you can go to the detail of the reviews that have been obtained in the chosen month. This allows you to understand the evolution of the reviews obtained over time ⏲ and how your stores are performing month by month. And if you want to see how your reviews were accumulated, go to the second tab where you can see the number of reviews you accumulated 📈
Leaderboard
Here you will see the podium of employees/colleagues ordered by the number of review requests made. Not on the podium? Click on the detail to see in which position you are and don't forget to keep sending requests to get more reviews and be in this podium!
Google Views
Maybe you have never heard of them. If you have a vague idea or want to learn what Google listings are, be sure to read this article.
