By creating personalized response templates in Feedback Center you will be able to have more alternatives for the Bot to work its magic and respond to your customers just as the brand would speak to them, strengthening ties and helping to improve the reputation of your business. To
create
a response template in Feedbback Center and you can add them to your automatic responses, you must perform the following steps:
Go to Settings
Section > Automation
Click new response template
In the Category field select "FEEDBACK"
Write the name and content of the new response template. Remember that you can use the tags: first name, last name, email and store.
Click Save
Ready, now you can use your new template to respond to your reviews 馃憞
