How to: Configure the email associated with my store?

This email will be used for all your emails that leave RAY on behalf of your store:

To perform this configuration you must do the following:

1. Enter Settings

2. Click Workspace > My Stores

3. Enter section 7.” Email configuration” Enter the email and finally save the changes.


📌 Please note that emails from RAY will be sent from this email on behalf of your store for campaigns, satisfaction surveys and reviews.
