How to: Activate the detractors alert for WhatsApp?

💡 It's time for you to find out in real time, when your customers rate you negatively either in our satisfaction survey (NPS) or in another source like Google
.

By setting up a WhatsApp number , you will receive a message with the rating and a direct access link. With a simple click 💻 you can respond to your angry client 😡, thus preventing that anger from reaching social networks
.

The configuration is super simple. Below we indicate the step by step so that you can configure it:


1. Enter Settings

2. Click on Workspace > My Stores

3. Enter section 12. "Whatsapp Alerts” and you just have to pass the switch as shown in the image, to activate it, pass it to the right and it will turn green and to deactivate it, pass it to the left and it will turn white.

🏢 Does it apply to the entire company or to a particular store?

This configuration is individual, each store must have its WhatsApp number configured.
