How does it work?
When a conversation with reservation intent is left incomplete, the agent waits about 1 hour and sends a proactive message asking how it ended. It does not offer discounts or extra benefits—it simply picks up the thread. If the user replies, the agent continues the conversation and can close the reservation right there.
What cases does it apply to?
WhatsApp conversations where the user showed intent to make a reservation but did not complete the process.
It only acts within the 24-hour window of the original conversation, so it does not generate additional campaign costs.
It does not apply to general inquiries or conversations without a clear reservation intent.
Tracking and metrics
You can view the status of each reactivated conversation, the reactivation rate, and the reservations confirmed from those recovery attempts on the analytics screen.
