Agent Configuration

Agent Configuration lets you define the information the AI agent will use to answer customer queries on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and web chat.

All information loaded here works as context for the agent, allowing it to answer frequently asked questions, share promotions, and provide details about the location.
Previously, this configuration was done through Google Sheets, but it can now be managed directly from the platform.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base lets you load questions and answers the agent will use to respond to customer inquiries.

How to add a new question

  1. Go to Agent Configuration.

  2. Under Knowledge Base, click Add to knowledge base.

  3. Fill in the following information:

Question
The query a customer might ask.

Answer
The reply the agent will send automatically.

Active locations
Select the locations where the answer applies.

Active
Lets you enable or disable the answer.


Promotions

The Promotions section lets you load offers or benefits so the agent can share them when customers ask.

How to add a promotion

  1. Go to the Promotions tab.

  2. Click Add promotion.

  3. Fill in the fields:

Name
Promotion title.

Description
Promotion details.

Validity
Optional: start and end date.

Active locations
Select the locations where it applies.

Active
Lets you enable or disable the promotion.


Recommendations

  • Use questions similar to those a customer would ask.

  • Keep answers clear and direct.

  • Periodically review the loaded information.

The more complete the configured information is, the better the agent will be able to respond to customer inquiries.
