How to send us access to Meta Business and activate SARA WhatsApp

This article explains how to grant access to your Meta Business account so we can configure and activate SARA WhatsApp correctly.

Prerequisites

  • Have administrator access to Business Manager.

  • Have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.

Step by step

1. Access Business Settings

  1. Go to the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click Settings.

    The system may request two-factor authentication (2FA) again.

2. Invite a person

  1. In the sidebar menu, go to Users → People.

  2. Click the blue button "+ Invite people" (top right).

3. Add the email

In the email field, enter:

listings@rayapp.io

Click Next.

4. Assign access to the business portfolio

In the Assign access section:

  • Enable Manage (Full control).

  • In Advanced options, also enable Manage.

This ensures full access to the business portfolio and the finance section.

Then click Next.

5. Assign assets

Select all available accounts and assets, including:

  • WhatsApp accounts

  • Instagram accounts

  • Facebook Pages

  • Ad accounts

  • Pixels

  • Any other associated asset

For each one, set Full control permissions.

6. Send invitation

Verify that:

  • The email is listings@rayapp.io

  • All assets are selected

  • All permissions are set to Full control

Click Invite.
