How does the Delivery service work on my website?
The Delivery module allows your customers to place online orders with home delivery directly from your website, without the need for external platforms.
The flow begins when the customer selects "Order Online" from your site.
Order method selection
Upon entering, the customer must choose the order type:
Pickup: pickup at the location.
Delivery: home delivery.
To continue with Delivery, the customer must select the corresponding location (if applicable) and then begin building their order.
Building the order
The customer can:
Browse by categories.
Add products to the cart.
Modify quantities.
Add special notes (for example: "no onions").
The cart updates in real time showing subtotal and number of products.
Confirmation and payment
Before completing the purchase, the customer must:
Enter their delivery address.
Confirm the information.
Proceed to payment.
If payment is approved successfully, the order is generated automatically and is sent to your management panel.
