💡 Online reviews are crucial for your store's reputation. However, you might notice that some of your 5-star reviews aren’t showing up on Google, even though you've followed all the steps correctly. Here, we’ll explain why this happens and how RAY’s review tool ensures you get the best reviews.

What do we consider positive reviews?

At RAY, we consider positive reviews to be those with a 5⭐ rating. Our 2-step process ensures that only these reviews are published on your Google page. Reviews with 4 stars or less can be analyzed from your RAY control panel without affecting your online reputation.

Why aren't some reviews published?

Our survey process consists of 2 steps. In the first step, we send out a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey with a 5-star rating. Only customers who rate 5 stars can proceed to the next step, which is to leave their comments in a Google review and actually publish it.

Sometimes a customer gives a 5-star rating but doesn't complete the next step of leaving a comment and the review on Google. However, this step is crucial for filtering your reviews and getting them published on Google.

📌 It is important to clarify that to generate a 5-star review on Google, the customer must leave the review directly on the Google platform in the second step. RAY cannot do it, as Google does not allow third parties to post reviews on behalf of customers.

Benefits of RAY's process

Implementing RAY in your review management strategy can help you stand out in the market by ensuring that only 5-star reviews are published, enhancing your online reputation.

What to Do If Google Reviews Are Not Showing in RAY?

If you can't see Google reviews in RAY, follow these steps to check your store’s connection:

1️⃣ Verify If Your Store Is Connected to RAY

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Navigate to Feedback Center > My Connected Stores.

  3. Check if your store appears in the list of connected stores.

If the store does not appear, it means the Google profile is not linked to RAY, and you need to complete the connection.

2️⃣ Connect Your Google Profile to RAY

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Access the Applications section.

  3. Select Get Reviews.

  4. Click on Connect with Google.

  5. Make sure to sign in with the Google account that has owner or admin access to the business profile.

Once the connection is complete, Google reviews should appear automatically in RAY. However, updates may take some time depending on the number of reviews and the status of the service.
