¿How do I restrict permission to an administrator who should not have access to the stores I manage

If a user has been moved from one store to another and should not have access to certain stores you manage, you need to remove the corresponding access.

📌 To perform this procedure, you need to have a Company_Admin user (usually the person who makes decisions about the service in your company) or a Stores_manager user.

To restrict access to one or more stores, follow these steps:

  1. You must go to Settings > My work team.

  2. Identify the user who no longer belongs to the team.

  3. Click on the nut icon ⚙️ to access the settings.

  4. Select "Edit"

  5. Scroll the screen until the "Stores" option.

  6. Uncheck the store to which it should not have "access".

📌 IMPORTANT:

This action does not disable the user, it simply restricts their access to selected stores."
