When they receive our surveys either because they registered via WIFI, by QR or by some of the recruitment methods that are available at RAY, we invite them to share their experiences through a simple 5-star survey.
📌 By selecting a rating, they unlock the opportunity to delve deeper into their experience through up to five (5) additional questions. This approach allows us to better understand the concerns of those who give us a negative rating, identifying specific areas where we can improve and ensuring that every voice is heard. On the other hand, for those who provide a positive rating, we look for opportunities to further refine our services.
🤩 Once the survey is completed, we redirect to Google only those customers who have shared positive experiences, encouraging them to leave a review. This process not only strengthens our relationship with customers, but also, by leaving their positive reviews on Google, they contribute to improving our ranking. In our commitment to continuous improvement, every response counts, and every customer plays a critical role in our mission to exceed expectations.
📌 How to Set Up or Request Changes to Custom Surveys?
If you want to add or modify the questions in your custom survey, simply send us the questions or text you would like to change. If you need to remove any previous questions, please indicate that in your request as well at support@rayapp.io
