¿How to modify the NPS Survey?

💡 You want to customize the text of the NPS survey and also choose the scale, whether it is 5 ⭐ or 0 to 10 in numbers (the latter is the default in RAY).

To do this you must perform the following steps:

📌 This configuration can only be done if your user has a "Company_Admin" profile.

1.- Go to Settings > My company > ⚙️ Actions > Edit company.

2.- Then you scroll to the bottom of the window and you will get the options where you can modify the rating scale and the field where you can place your own question.

📌 Modifying this text affects you:

  • All the stores of the company

  • The NPS question that is asked by mail, sms or whatsapp.

  • The question asked in the manual registration (QR)

🚨 If it is not modified, the default text that is configured in RAY is taken.

If you have several stores within RAY, you can customize this question by placing the tag {store}, thus in the question, you will place the name of the store to which the customer will rate.

When the customer receives the survey, they will see a window similar to this one, where they will see your NPS question and the scale you selected.
