How: do automatic responses work?

💡 When we create and activate automatic responses, we must know that depending on the order we give it when configuring it, is how the bot will respond.


As the bot scans through customer reviews, it validates whether it applies to the configuration we made.

📌 How to: correctly configure automatic responses?

We configure it in this order:

1.- We configure the response with the empty comment

2. We configure the response with comment

Example:

6-5 ⭐ No comment

7-5 ⭐ With Comment

This way when you enter the review 5 ⭐ The Bot will validate if it has no comment. If you have no comments, you will respond first with rule 6 (5⭐ No comment) and if a 5 ⭐ arriveswith comment, rule 6 no longer applies and will respond with rule 7 (5 ⭐With Commentary).
