Leaderboard
Then you will be in the leaderboard:
Filter and sort according to what you want to see:
You can search by period and choose a particular store or view the information of all your stores.
You can also sort according to the main metric for you :
Requests Sent: This is the number of surveys that have been sent.
Surveys answered: it is the number of surveys that have been answered by customers. These surveys are private and you will see them with the RAY logo.
Generated reviews: These are the reviews that have been generated on Google as a result of requesting a survey from a client. If you have questions about how it works, look at this article.
Average score: is the average score of the private surveys answered.
Note that the result will always be within the selected search period, let's see an example: if you search for data for the month of January then you will see all the requests sent during the month of January and all the responses and reviews that have been obtained thanks to the sending of those requests, even if those responses have arrived later, for example a request sent on January 31 can be responded to on February 1st.
