Did you enter RAY for the first time, followed the steps and didn't get your first review 5in Google?
Don't worry, here are the possible reasons and the solution to each one.
👉 You sent the request to an email or phone number that is not yours
If when we asked you for an email or phone number to send the first request, you entered one that is not yours or you made a mistake when writing, you never received the request.
Solution : Do it again, by clicking here and entering your data correctly this time 😉
👉 You received the application but when you qualified we did not redirect you to Google
You got here 👇 and then you clicked on one of the numbers.
Then we should have taken you to Google to leave your first review 5⭐️ and we didn't 😒. Possible reasons:
You rated less than 9 (5⭐) : We will only bring your customers who rate 9 or 10 to Google, so the chances of them leaving a 5⭐️ review are very high. Solution : Do it again, by clicking here and this time rate yourself with 10 😉.
You don't have redirection to Google properly configured : for each of your stores, you have to configure redirection to Google. Generally you do it during the setup and you don't even realize it. Review this configuration by following this article .
👉 We redirected you to Google and you left the review 5⭐️ but it was not reflected in your ranking
You have done everything perfectly, but you still don't see that new review added to your ranking. Possible reasons:
You do not have your Google account connected to Botbit : to find out that it was you who created a review, we need to connect with Google. This generally occurs during the platform setup. Review this configuration by following this article .
We were unable to match between the name you entered in the review request and the name of your Google user : when you submit a review request you enter a name and then we redirect you to Google where you have to be logged in with your account, which also has a name. How do we know that a review was generated from a review request ? Matching the name of the request and the name of the Google account . For example, if in the application you named Pedro and in your Google account your name is Pedro Perez, there will be a match and we will be able to count that review for you. On the other hand, if instead of calling yourself Pedro Perez on Google, you call yourself Messi Fan, we have no way of verifying that that review came from the request you submitted. There's not much to do here, although the good news is that most customers have their Google accounts under their real name 😃.
