How to: modify a user?

🚨To carry out this procedure, you must have a Company Admin user (Generally, the Company Admin is the one who makes decisions about the BotBit service in your company)

📌 Here we explain the meaning of each field:

1. Username: This will be used to enter the platform, Ex: alfred.cielo.

2. Name: User information.

3. Last name: User information.

4. Locate: required to indicate which country you are in, Ex: es-AR, en-US

5. Profile (Types)

A. COMPANY_ADMIN: Full access to company settings.

B. ADMIN: Access to the configuration of the assigned stores.

C. CRM_ADMIN: Access to the customer module of the assigned store.

D. NPS_MGR: Access to the Feedback Center module of the assigned store.

E. RESERVATION_ADMIN: Access to the store's Reservations module.

6. Active: Indicates the status of the User. If it is turned off, you will not be able to enter the platform.

7. Weekly Report: Generates notification once a week about the performance of the platform with information on the different modules that are active.

8. Walkthrough Alert: Indicates the effective redemption of a promotion through a QR code or button, sent through the campaigns in the Marketing module.

9. Detractors Alert: Indicates when a person has responded to the NPS survey leaving a rating between 0 and 6.

10. Promoters Alert: Indicates when a person has responded to the NPS survey leaving a rating between 9 and 10.

11. Review change alert: Indicates when a person has modified their review originally established on Google My Business

12. Email: Box where all the information and alerts will arrive.

13. Company: Select your company.

14. Stores:

📌 If you have only one store, you only have to select it.

📌 If you have several stores and you want the user to only manage one or more than one, you must select them here.

💡 To save the changes that were made you just have to click on "Update Administrator"
