💡 Did you add people to your team? Don't worry, generating new users is not complicated. Here's how to create them:
📌 To carry out this procedure, you need to have a Company_Admin user (generally, the person who makes decisions about the service in your company) or a Stores_manager user.
You must go to Settings > My work team > Add new administrator.
You will enter this window where you will enter the new user's data:
📌 Here we explain the meaning of each field:
1. NAME: User information.
2. LAST NAME: User information
3. USER NAME: This will be used to log in to the platform, Ex: Ramon.ray
4. EMAIL: Box where all information and alerts will arrive.
5. USER STATUS. REPORTS, ALERTS:
Active: Indicates the status of the User. If it is turned off, the user will not be able to enter the platform.
Walkthrough Alert: Indicates the effective redemption of a promotion through a QR code or button, sent through the campaigns in the Marketing module.
Weekly Report: Generates notification once a week on the performance of the platform with information of the different modules that are active.
Weekly Report: Generates a weekly report per store, where you will have information about the reviews received during the week, average score per day, store ranking compared to the rest of the company's stores, opportunities for improvement and positive feedback.
Detractor alert: Indicates when a person has responded to the NPS survey leaving a rating between 0 and 8.
Review change alert: Indicates when a person has modified their review originally established in Google My Business.
6. LANGUAGE: required to indicate which country you are in, e.g.: es-AR, en-US
7. PROFILE:
company_admin: Full access and administration to the company settings.
admin: Access and administration to the configuration of the assigned stores.
crm_admin: Access and administration of the customer module of the assigned store.
nps_mgr: Access to the Feedback Center module of the assigned store.
reservation_mgr: Access to the Reservation module of the assigned store.
stores_manager: You can modify the Admins of your assigned stores.
8. Company: Select your company.
9. Stores:
📌 If you have only one store you only need to select it.
📌 If you have several stores and you want the user to manage only one or more than one, you must select them here.
