How to connect Google My Business?

馃挕 Have you already connected your Google My Business account? What are you waiting for?

Here we show you how, when you connect we will be able to receive the reviews and our robot 馃 will be able to start responding automatically to all of them.

There are 2 steps:

1. Configure the store address in RAY.

2. Connect the Google tab in RAY

馃毃 To carry out this procedure, you must have a Company Admin user (Generally, the Company Admin is the one who makes service decisions in your company)

Step 1

  1. Configurations

  2. My stores

  3. 1. General Informaction

  4. Address field: enter the name of the brand or store and select the correct address from the list displayed.

  5. save the changes

Step 2

  1. Configurations

  2. Applications section

  3. Capture reviews

  4. Connect with Google

  5. Follow the steps that Google asks you to follow in order to give permissions to RAY.

  6. Finally verify that the account is set to "active" and that the last sync date is recent.
