We centralize all your reviews in one place to save you time. Access the Feedback Center and discover an intuitive dashboard with the following categories for reviews:
Private reviews (They have the RAY logo)
Public reviews (They have Google mud)
Encouraged Reviews (highlighted in blue, with the Google logo)
📌 Boosted reviews are those where the customer completed the survey on RAY and also left their review on Google.
For an efficient analysis, we offer you various filters:
Source (RAY, Google, Facebook)
Score
Stimulated by RAY
Without responding
With comments
Answered automatically
Province (if the field is enabled for registration)
Location (if the field is enabled for registration)
Period (You can select a specific or custom period to display reviews. By default, the selected date range is 7 days.)
Store (If you manage multiple stores in RAY, you can filter and view reviews for one or more specific stores.)
💡 To export review information in CSV format, select the desired filters, go to ⚙️ Actions and click Export CSV .
