How do we use it in RAY?
馃捇 If you have a customer database in some other tool (for example a CRM), by integrating our API we can send this data to the platform.
How to use our API?
Go to Settings:
Then click on Applications > API
To generate the credentials click on "Generate now"
you must provide an email address in order to send you the credentials.
Once you have received the email you will have the data to be able to use our services:
client_id
client_secret
api_user
api_password
and in the platform we will show you your client_ID and your username
馃搶 To connect our API it must be seen by the person responsible for your WEB or those who control your Tools.
