1. How to Manage Billing Inquiries in RAY?

If you have questions or issues with your billing, our support team is available to assist you. All billing-related inquiries must be sent to support@rayapp.io.

2. Information to Include in Your Request

To speed up the resolution of your inquiry, we recommend including the following details in your email:

Company name or RAY account
Invoice number or issue date
Detailed description of the issue (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect invoice details, missing invoice, etc.)
Screenshots or attached documents (if applicable)

3. Common Issues and How to Proceed

  • I did not receive my invoice
    Check your inbox and spam folder. If you still can't find it, email us at support@rayapp.io specifying the month of the missing invoice.

  • Incorrect or duplicate charge
    If you notice a charge you don’t recognize, send us the charge details along with a screenshot of your bank statement for review.

  • Incorrect invoice details
    If you need to update information on your invoice (such as company name, tax ID, address, etc.), send us the correct details along with the affected invoice number.

  • Questions about billed items
    If you are unsure about a charge on your invoice, provide the invoice number, and we will clarify the details for you.

4. Response Time

Our support team will review your case and respond as soon as possible. Resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
