How to link response template to my automatic rule in Feedback Center?

馃挕 So that our 馃 robot can respond to reviews, according to the rules associated with the different ratings, we must link a response template, it's easy and we show you how.

馃毃 To carry out this procedure, you must have a Company Admin or Admin user (Generally, the Company Admin is the one who makes service decisions in your company)

  1. Go to configurations

  2. Automation

  3. Automatic answers

  4. Select the rule you want to link your new response template to and click the icon on the far right to edit it.

4. A new window will open where you will have the option to choose the response templates that you want to associate with that rule. There you can add your new rule and/or deselect others. Remember that at least 3 answers must always be selected.
