¿How to activate or deactivate the satisfaction survey (NPS)?

To activate or deactivate the satisfaction survey you must follow these 4 steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Workspace > My stores

  3. In Section 6.Net Promoter Score (NPS) activate or deactivate the switch located at the top of the section.
