How to activate an auto reply rule in FeedBack Center?

To activate an automatic response rule you must log in to your Botbit account and follow these steps:

  1. Go to configurations

  2. Automation

  3. Automatic answers

  4. After you enter you must go to the button located on the left side:

    The automatic rule will be activated once the button on the left side turns green, as indicated in the following image:

    Do not leave customers without a response, thus preventing the review from being public, for this set up the Detractor Alert on WhatsApp HERE

    Settings > Feedback Center > Automatic responses
