How to delete an auto reply rule in Feedback Center?

💡 To delete a rule, you must perform the following procedure:

  1. Go to configurations

  2. Automation

  3. Automatic answers

  4. Click on the nut located on the far right and then click on delete rule :

📌 Important note: You will only be able to delete the rules that you have created, those that come by default on the platform will not have this option but you will always have the option to deactivate them as appropriate.
