How to create an auto reply rule in Feedback Center?

To create automatic response rules in Feedback Center you must perform the following steps.

  1. Go to configurations

  2. Automation

  3. Automatic answers

  4. Create a new rule by clicking on the "Actions" button > Add rule


3. Once there, a window will appear where you can configure the new rule:

You must select "Category" > Feedback.

Then you can choose the score configuration, the options will be displayed: less than or equal to, greater than or equal to and equal to.


Next to it there will be a list with all the scores from 1 to 5, the last one being the maximum.

📌 For example: greater than or equal to 4 means that our Bot will respond with that rule to all the people who leave you a 4 or 5 star review.


5. Finally you will find the option to select whether this rule will be valid for reviews with or without comments and then you will be able to choose the templates (minimum 3) with which your new rule will respond.

Click Save to create your new rule. ✔️
