馃挕 Statistics offer you detailed information about how people find your company's listing on the Web. Because many customers find businesses on Google Search and Google Maps , the insights focus on how they use these products to find your listing and what they do with it.

Google Insights give you different ways to understand how customers interact with your listing:

馃搶 How customers find your listing: Show how many customers found your business and how they did so. They may be:

  • Direct searches: A customer directly searched for your business name or address.

  • Discovery searches: A customer searched for a category, product, or service you offer, and your listing appeared.

  • Brand searches: A customer searched for your brand or a brand related to your company. This category will only show if your listing has already appeared at least once in a brand search.

  • Total Searches: This is the total number of direct, discovery, and brand searches.

馃搶 Search queries: show the terms used to find your company on Google.

Where customers find you 馃攷 on Google: Shows the number of customers who found your business through Google Search or Google Maps. You will be able to see the number of views your listing received through these services:

  • Views in search: A customer found your business through Google Search.

  • Views on Maps: A customer found your business through Google Maps.

  • Total Views: Total views for Google Search and Google Maps.

鈽濓笍 Customer Actions: Show customer behavior after they found your listing on Google. The graph shows how many customers performed the following types of actions when viewing your listing:

  • Visit your website: A customer views your website.

  • Request directions: A customer requests directions to your business.

  • Call your company: A customer calls your company.

  • Total Actions: Indicates the total actions on the website, directions, and phone calls made by the customer.

鉁旓笍 Directions Requests: Show where customers are and when they are requesting directions to your business.

馃摓 Phone calls: show when and how often customers called your company through your file.

馃摲 Photo: Shows the number of photos associated with your listing and the frequency with which users view them, compared to photos of companies similar to yours.

What is known about your company: provide customer opinions about your business (e.g., whether it is pleasant, whether it has good service, etc.). Since customer reviews are based on their experience, the information is subjective. It is considered valuable to other customers as it describes the atmosphere and appearance of a place.

The success of your brand depends on the voice of the customer.
