A points-based system to build customer loyalty and bring them back.
Access
From the side menu of the portal, or from Site Settings > Features > Loyalty Program > Go to Loyalty Settings.
Program Status
Active program (toggle): When active, customers earn and redeem points. When paused, the program is disabled for customers.
Program Identity
Program name: How it is presented to customers (e.g., "Members Club", "Loyalty Program").
Bonuses
Points per completed reservation: Awarded automatically when a reservation is completed.
Points for signing up: Awarded one-time when a customer signs up to the program.
Save your changes by clicking Save changes.
💡 When Loyalty is active, you can enable access from the site's navbar so customers can log into their points account directly from your page.
