Option 1: Credit card payment (billing in USD)
If you are a customer and pay in USD, you can manage your billing and payment method directly from the self-service portal.
⚠️ Important
If you pay in USD, follow the steps below.
If you pay in Argentine pesos, you will not be able to do it from the portal. In that case, see Option 2.
Steps to access your billing in RAY
1️⃣ Access the billing portal: 👉 https://botbit-inc.chargebeeportal.com/portal/v2/login
2️⃣ Enter the email address with which you registered in RAY.
3️⃣ You will receive an access code at that email.
4️⃣ Enter the code and you will access the panel, where you will be able to see:
Account Information: Set a permanent password (optional) to avoid receiving codes by email at each login.
Billing: View and update your legal entity information.
Payment Method: Review your credit card information and add a new one if necessary.
Billing History: View invoice history and download them easily.
💳 How to change your credit card
If you need to update your payment method:
1️⃣ Access the billing portal with the email registered in RAY.
2️⃣ Log in using the code sent to your email.
3️⃣ Go to the Payment Method section.
4️⃣ Remove the current card if necessary.
5️⃣ Add the details of the new credit card.
6️⃣ Save the changes and verify that the new card is active for future billings.

Option 2: Direct debit in Argentina (billing in Argentine pesos)
If your account is set up for billing in Argentina via direct debit, the payment method change is not done from the portal.
To request the update, you must contact our support team by sending an email to:
Required information
In your message you must include the following details:
CBU
CUIT
Legal Name
CUIT Certificate
With this information, the team will process the direct debit change.

🏦 Direct debit Argentina (ARS): Managed by contacting support.
